Yes, you have a 6-hour window from the time of purchase to modify or cancel your order. Please email support@nonlending.com immediately with your Order ID.

Q: Where do you ship and what are the rates?

Nonlending ships exclusively within the USA at a $6.99 Flat Rate. All art pieces are printed and dispatched from our logistics hub in Anchorage, AK.

Q: How long will it take to receive my art?

We print-on-demand to ensure quality. Processing: 1-3 business days. Transit: 3-7 business days. Total estimated time: 4-10 business days.

Q: What is your return window for posters?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, posters must be in their original, pristine condition and returned in the reinforced shipping tube provided.

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Nonlending covers shipping costs for defective prints or transit damage. For size exchanges or change-of-mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Q: What type of paper do you use?

We use premium 200 GSM archival-grade paper with a matte or satin finish. This ensures your poster is durable and features gallery-quality color vibrancy.

Q: Will the colors match the website photos exactly?

We aim for 100% color accuracy. However, due to variations in monitor calibrations and digital rendering (RGB vs. CMYK), actual print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
