2. Visual Representation & Technical Specifications

As a premium provider of wall art and high-definition posters, we strive for the highest fidelity in representing our prints. However, the physical reality of ink-on-paper involves technical variables that necessitate the following disclaimers:

• Color Representation (Digital vs. Physical): We utilize professional-grade color profiles to display our posters. Nevertheless, because the actual colors you see depend on your specific monitor settings (IPS vs. TN panels), brightness levels, and ambient lighting, Nonlending cannot guarantee that your screen’s rendering of a color will be a 100% match to the physical giclée print. Differences between RGB (digital) and CMYK (printing) color spaces are an inherent part of the industry.
• Paper Texture & Sheen: High-resolution product photography is intended to show the “tooth” and grain of our 200 GSM paper. Minor variations in paper production runs may result in subtle differences in texture or reflectivity between different batches of the same poster design.
• Sizing & Bleed Tolerances: Our posters are cut using precision industrial guillotines. Due to the mechanical nature of the cutting process and the expansion/contraction of premium paper fibers under different humidity levels, a minor variance of up to 0.5cm (approx. 0.2 inches) in final dimensions is considered within industry tolerances and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

3. Commercial & Inventory Disclaimer

Pricing Accuracy: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). While we endeavor to ensure all pricing data is correct, technical glitches or manual entry errors may occur. In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., a large-format archival print listed for $0.01), Nonlending reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, notify the customer, and issue a full refund immediately.

Limited Editions & Stock: Many of our collections are seasonal or limited-run artist collaborations. A product being visible on the site does not constitute a legal guarantee of immediate stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any design or modify the paper/ink specifications without notice. Nonlending shall not be liable for the disappointment or financial loss resulting from the unavailability of a specific art piece.

4. Art Preservation & Environmental Responsibility

Nonlending is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, unboxing, or environmental exposure once the poster has been delivered in good condition. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

• Environmental Care: Avoid hanging posters in areas of high humidity (bathrooms without ventilation) or in direct, unshielded sunlight, which can cause paper buckling and pigment fading over time.
• Safe Unboxing: Use extreme caution when using sharp blades to open the shipping tube. Damage caused by a customer’s box cutter is not covered under our replacement policy.
• Framing Hazards: Ensure that any frames or glass used are acid-free and suitable for art preservation. Nonlending is not liable for chemical reactions between our inks and low-quality third-party framing materials.

5. Jurisdiction & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nonlending, its directors, and its printing specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, wall damage during mounting, personal dissatisfaction with an artistic style, or loss of aesthetic value.

This Disclaimer and all matters relating to your access to our site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be conducted exclusively within the appropriate courts located in the Anchorage jurisdiction.
