1. The Nonlending Artistry Standard

At Nonlending, we view every poster and wall art piece as a long-term investment in your personal environment. Our curation process, based in Anchorage, Alaska, involves more than just printing; it involves a sophisticated marriage of high-GSM archival paper and UV-resistant pigments. We recognize that art is subjective and the physical integrity of paper is delicate.

Because posters are susceptible to environmental factors—such as humidity, oils from skin, and improper unrolling techniques—our return policy is designed to protect both the collector and the craftsman. If your purchase does not satisfy your requirements for color accuracy, scale, or aesthetic impact, we provide a structured return process that ensures the artwork remains in a condition where it can be appreciated by another.

Integrity is at the heart of our operations. While mass-market retailers may overlook a minor crease or a soft corner, Nonlending adheres to a “Gallery-Ready” standard. This means our return window is strict, and our inspection process is forensic, ensuring that only the most pristine items move through our ecosystem.

2. Comprehensive Eligibility Guidelines

To qualify for a refund or exchange, your poster must remain in its pristine, original state. Paper has a “memory”; once it is folded, creased, or fingerprints are etched into the pigment, the artwork is permanently altered. Please adhere to the following:

• Surface Integrity: Items must be free from any scratches, scuffs, or “white lines” caused by improper rolling. We use high-intensity scanners to detect surface abrasions that are invisible to the naked eye.
• No Adhesive Residue: Art that has been mounted, taped, or tacked to a wall is strictly ineligible for return. Any residue from “poster putty” or double-sided tape will result in an immediate rejection.
• Environmental Exposure: Posters must not show signs of “buckling” or “waving” caused by exposure to high-humidity environments or direct sunlight.
• Original Packaging: Returns must be shipped back in the original heavy-duty 3mm spiral-wound tube with both end-caps secured. The tube is a structural component of the art’s safety.

Our return process is designed to be a “Zero-Friction” experience, provided the instructions are followed meticulously.

Phase A: Digital Submission
Email support@nonlending.com with your Order ID and the specific reason for return. Our support concierge will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24 business hours.

Phase B: Preservation & Packing
Place the poster back inside its protective glassine sleeve. Roll the poster to the same diameter as it arrived—do not roll it too tightly, as this can crack the ink. Secure the end-caps with moisture-resistant tape.

Phase C: Transit to Anchorage
Ship the package to our verified Anchorage inspection center. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Nonlending is not responsible for items lost or further damaged during the return journey.

5. Refund Auditing, Restocking, & Timing

Once your package arrives at 925 W 72nd Ave, Anchorage, it enters our Quality Control (QC) queue. Every return is subject to a 5-point fabric and pigment audit. If the art is cleared, we will release the funds immediately.

Financial Reconciliation: Refunds are credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5-7 business days for Nonlending to finalize the audit and release the funds. Note that your banking institution may require additional time to reconcile the transaction.

Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that the original $6.99 delivery fee is a service cost paid to the carrier and is non-refundable. For “Buyer’s Remorse” returns, a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of new archival packaging materials used for the next customer.
